Palmer Homes and Renovations was founded in 2010 with one clear purpose: to give homeowners in the Kansas City area hands-on, personal service for every building need. From day one, we have treated each project as if it were our own home. That mindset has not changed.
Our owner, Kirk, got into this trade because he was genuinely fascinated by how a building works. Not just the finished look, but the mechanics behind it. How the framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishes all interact to make a home function well. That curiosity has never faded. Kirk still studies new building products and construction techniques every day, and he stays current with his electrical background and the fast-growing world of smart home and low-voltage technology.
